Returns & Refunds

Of course. We are convinced of our products and are you sure that you will like our products? If this should not be the case, you can simply inform us of your cancellation within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Simply use our contact form.

Then we will arrange everything necessary? we will send you a return stamp. Please do not send any items back to us independently, as this will significantly delay the refund.

Please pack the return in either the original packaging or in bubble wrap, as DHL and DPD cannot accept or take the goods without packaging. If you are unsure whether you like the product, it is advisable to keep the original packaging first.

As soon as the return has arrived and has been checked, we will immediately issue the refund.

Your delivery was damaged during delivery? Or did you receive the wrong item?

Of course, this should not happen and we are very sorry that the delivery did not arrive in perfect condition? we will of course not leave you alone and will take care of you and your delivery immediately.

The best thing to do is to check the goods as soon as you receive them? if damage is recognizable at first glance, e.g. due to damage to the packaging, you should best refuse to accept it directly and inform us of the defective delivery.

If the defect was not recognizable at first glance, but only after unpacking, we ask you to contact us immediately. Is it best to send photos directly that document the defect? just use our contact form:  contact

Then we will take care of everything you need.

Can I cancel orders?

As long as the delivery has not yet been handed over to our shipping service provider, you can cancel your order free of charge.

If the goods are already on their way to you, you can refuse to accept the order upon delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us after we have received your delivery and we will arrange the return for you. As soon as the product is back with us, we will of course reimburse you the price, but there are costs for return shipping (see below).

How much do returns cost?

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the return is free of charge for you.

If you return the item for other reasons, a lump sum will be deducted from your  refund .

The delivery costs will be retained upon return. The return shipping costs are calculated from the value of the returned goods.
