Where is my order?
You can view your order under My Account. In your order history you will find a current, expected handover date to the shipping partner. For help, please contact us.
Can I return my order?
If you have changed your mind and inform us of your decision within 30 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a refund.
The refund can be issued as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition.
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and we require that you obtain proof of postage when you send your order back.
If you change your mind after 30 days we can only offer to exchange your item.
Return shipping costs and the costs of shipping the new item are to be paid by the customer.
The item must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging.

Why did my payment fail?
First, check whether we accept your card type
(Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard).
Next, make sure your card details are correct.
If it still does not work, we recommend that you contact your bank or if you have received an error code, please give it to us when you contact us.

I´ve received a faulty/damaged item
Although this is rarely the case, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with an image of the faulty product, and a member of DORI´S PRINTS will advise you on the best solution, including refund, replacement or repair options.

Can you gift wrap my present?
We can gift wrap your gift with our DORISPRINTS silk paper, add a gift message on a pretty gift tag and tie it all up with a beautiful twine bow. And for that extra special little someone we can also handwrite your gift message in one of our DORISPRINTS greeting cards and seal it all inside one of our craft paper gift boxes.
