We are convinced in our quality and our products, if you, however, are not, you can simply inform us of your cancellation within 30 days of receiving the goods. Simply use our contact form and we will arrange everything necessary. We will send you a return stamp. Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us. Please pack the products in the original packaging. If you are unsure whether you like the product, it is advisable to keep the original packaging first.

Returns cost

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the return is free of charge for you. If you return the item for other reasons, a lump sum will be deducted from your refund . The return shipping costs are calculated from the value of the returned goods.
The Delivery returns cost may vary, depending on how big your order was.

Damaged Delivery or wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged/faulty/incorrect (custom & personalised Products included), we ask that you report the damage within 14 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product and packaging. We will then replace/refund your order. If we ask you to return the item, please send it via standard rate shipping, obtain a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without prior agreement from us.

Cancelling the order

As long as the delivery has not yet been handed over to our shipping service provider, you can cancel your order free of charge. If the goods are already on their way to you, you can refuse to accept the order upon delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us after you have received your delivery and we will arrange the return for you. As soon as the product is back with us, we will of course reimburse you the price, but there are costs for return shipping (see above).
